My cpu is always maxed out (graphics card is hardly breaking a sweat) and even though I have the game 12gb ram with the heapsize launch option, the game never uses more than 5gb of ram. Above 40 momentarily if I get lucky, but wow Sasau though. Sasau is just nearly unplayable honestly, floating 20-30fps average dipping into the teens. Towns are where it gets bad, Rattay and Uzhitz were pretty laggy, never above 50fps and dipping down to 30 quite often. The kind of performance I get is up to 60fps in forests (or out of town areas) usually at least staying above 40 when it randomly dips.
I bring my draw distances back, have shaders set to low and a few more tweaks. Most of my settings are at medium, I like to keep a few on high. I play at 1080p on a 1070 with an I-5 for reference.
